Registration for ESPEN 2027 Will Open Soon!
For Congress Registration and Hotel Reservation, all participants must submit a complete online registration form. The ESPEN Congress requires full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.
While registering online, it is possible to create a user account, enabling you to come back to your data to update them.

** This category applies to nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, nutritionists, and other non-physician allied healthcare professionals. A diploma, a letter from your employer or a copy of your professional licence must be submitted upon registration to prove eligibility for this fee.
*** For Students (under 35, born after 01.01.1991), a letter of confirmation from the Head Unit must be sent upon registration.
Early registrations will be accepted until Thursday, 29 April 2027, 23h59 CEST. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before the deadline (29 April 2027). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the regular registration fee will be automatically charged.
By registering, attendees can participate in ESPEN both onsite in Istanbul during the congress days and virtually through the online platform. This offers the chance to network with colleagues in person and enjoy the full benefits of the event, including access to session replays online.

LLL Courses
The LLL Courses are paying courses to be reserved upon registration and are open for all nutritional care givers (physicians, pharmacists, dietitians and nurses).

Registration Modification & Cancellation
Cancellation conditions
All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA by email. For cancellations received up to
Thursday, 22 July 2027, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no
refunds will be possible.
Modification conditions
A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every registration modification. For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
